 Our fresh harvested, Hawaiʻi-grown Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) is extracted in small batches at a 1:3 fresh-herb ratio. We use the aerial portions of the plant and organic cane alcohol to create a simple, farm-direct botanical tincture. We focus on farm-grown botanicals, regenerative growing practices, and straightforward extracts made close to the source.
