Shipping Policy
At Volcano Farm & Apothecary, we strive to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly.
We currently ship through the United States Postal Service. Available shipping options are shown at checkout and may include:
USPS Ground Advantage — Typically 5–7 business days after shipment.
USPS Priority Mail — Typically 3–5 business days after shipment.
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by USPS and may vary because of destination, weather, holidays, or carrier delays. Volcano Farm & Apothecary is not responsible for delays after an order has been accepted by the carrier.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
For shipping outside the United States, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and provide current shipping costs.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has shipped. We do not accept ordinary returns or issue refunds for opened, used, or unwanted products.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
